This three-months program is for people with blood sugar concerns, including Prediabetes, Type 1, and 2 diabetes, and are confused about how to eat for their overall health.  Throughout these three-months, we will create and successfully implement a highly personalized nutrition solution and lifestyle prescription by using assessment tools, guides and protocols to ultimately live a more balanced and healthier life.

Fine-Tuning Your Blood Sugars with Nutrition

This package includes a 60-minute initial consultation with two 30-minute follow-up sessions using Tidepool or Dexcom Clarity platforms and food logs will help you make small changes to improve blood sugars and nutrition therapy goals.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Journey

Take action for your Nutrition and Lifestyle journey! To book a follow-up consultation, you've had to have an initial consultation.  Follow-up appointments are 30-minutes. At these, I will discuss your progress and, together, continue to take steps towards achieving your goals. Follow-up appointments occur anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months after your first visit to continue to collaborate with you to make small changes over time, so you maintain these changes and reach your goals.
