Lemon Caper Baked Salmon

  • 4-6-ounce Salmon Steaks

  • Pinch of salt

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 bunch fresh basil (optional)

  • 3 tablespoons capers


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Place salmon on a sheet pan, skin-side-down, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Top salmon with lemon slices, basil, and capers.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
