Turmeric Mango Oatmeal Smoothie


Recipe: Quaker Oats

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup

  • Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup fresh mango

  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 cup ice


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
    Tip: For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
