Here are a few ideas for F.R.E.S.H. inspiration:

1. Finances

  • Save at least 10% of income.

  • Set up automatic payments for bills to avoid late charges.

  • Stock office and workspace with healthy snacks to reduce convenience food purchases.

2. Relationships

  • Have lunch with a friend or family member once a week.

  • Call and check in on parents and siblings at least once a week.

  • Send a handwritten note to someone new each week.

3. Environment

  • Start recycling and bring reusable bags when shopping.

  • Listen to music that uplifts and inspires.
