Here are a few ideas for F.R.E.S.H. inspiration:
1. Finances
Save at least 10% of income.
Set up automatic payments for bills to avoid late charges.
Stock office and workspace with healthy snacks to reduce convenience food purchases.
2. Relationships
Have lunch with a friend or family member once a week.
Call and check in on parents and siblings at least once a week.
