This smoothie is the perfect post-workout treat. It is packed with protein, carbohydrates, and antioxidants to help you refuel and recover.

  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk of choice

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter for added healthy fats


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy your recovery smoothie!
