Power-Up Breakfast Bowl

Quick Fruit & Fiber Cereal Bowl

Start your day with a fast, filling, and family-approved breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup whole grain cereal (with at least 3g fiber)

  • ½ cup low-fat milk or unsweetened plant-based milk

  • ½ sliced banana

  • ¼ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Add cereal to a bowl.

  2. Pour milk over cereal.

  3. Top with fruit and nuts.

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!


Tip: Let kids build their own bowls using a “breakfast bar” with fruit and nut toppings.
